Refund Policy

At Insightful, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

 Returns

All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Any item returned after 7 days of delivery
